 To vote in Texas, you must be registered.  You must register 30 days prior to an election day.  You can fill out an application to register to vote online at the Secretary of State's website, or you can pick up an application at our County Elections Office.

 
Voter registration applications are available in the Tom Green County Elections Office on the First Floor of the Keyes Building, 113 W. Beauregard Ave. in San Angelo, Texas.  Learn more about how to register to vote at Tom Green County's Voter Registration Page.  Applications can also be obtained by mail or by calling 325-659-6541.

Those who are eligible to vote by mail must request an application every year. An Application for Ballot by Mail (ABBM) is required to receive a ballot to vote by mail during an election. When calling to request an application by phone, remember to allow enough time for the application to be mailed to you and returned in order to be in the office by the deadline.
